Returns

Returns are for STORE CREDIT only. You must contact us with in 7 days of receipt of your items and we must receive them within 14 days.  If more than 14 days have gone by we will not be able to accept your return and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. All tags and hangar straps must still be attached.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Clearance merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate.  Intimates include but are not limited to earrings, leggings, undergarments, hair accessories and socks.  This is for hygienic purposes.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.  If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account.  The amount of your store credit will be the cost of goods and any applicable tax.  Shipping charges are not refundable.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items are FINAL SALE.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the replacement item you need will be in stock.  A STORE CREDIT will be issued for you to purchase any replacement items.


Shipping

To return your product, you should submit a request via the Contact Us page.  We will send you an email with the steps to return your item.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Order Errors and Defects

If we made a mistake or or item is defective we will happily replace it with a new one if available.  We will send you a shipping label for your return.
